giswerk.org is a web site for all sorts of ideas, documentations and solutions in the broad field of environmental geoinformatics and geography. Basically it is divided in some -not necessarily linked- field of interests as one may recognize with a glimpse on the menu bar.

The cross cutting issue is answering questions by means of GI techniques.

The software used is mostly open source and all the content is as Open Content available. Started in German it is increasingly in English.
